New Colorado MED Retail Marijuana Bond Program


On Tuesday, October 1, 2013, the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division has started accepting Retail Marijuana applications. Through June 30, 2014, only current licensed medical marijuana facilities in good standing will be able to apply for the retail license. However, beginning July 1st, 2014, all interested persons will be invited to apply for the retail license, without having been licensed previously as a medical provider.

Section 12-43.4-104 of the revised statute states the following:
“On or after October 1, 2013, a person who is operating in Good Standing a Licensed Medical Marijuana Center, and Optional Premises Cultivation License, or a Licensed Medical Marijuana-Infused Products Business or a person who had a pending application with the State Licensing Authority prior to December 10, 2012, has paid all applicable licensing fees, and has not yet had that application approved, may apply for a Retail Marijuana Establishment License under this article.”
To apply, applicants must submit a completed MED Retail Marijuana business license and surety bond form. As stated on the bond form, the surety bond must be in the amount of $5,000.00.

How To Obtain a Florida Motor Vehicle Dealer License
